DCMP provides a streaming library of accessible education videos, teaching tools, and professional development opportunities. We partner with educational content creators to provide high-quality captioning, audio description, and American Sign Language (ASL) translation.
Hamilton Captel
Hamilton Web CapTel is a service that allows people with hearing loss to make captioned calls via a computer's internet browser. This VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) service does not require a separate telephone connection to function. Instead, audio is provided through the computer.
